We are looking for talented real estate salespersons!

Who Should Apply?

Existing salespersons currently with other real estate agencies or fresh graduates who are eager to learn the ropes of commercial real estate leasing and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting corporate clients for real estate leasing and sales opportunities;
  • Marketing assigned properties to prospects;
  • Representing clients in negotiation on real estates leases and sales;
  • Brokering real estate leasing and sales deals; and
  • Supporting any other administration required in fulfilling the above responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, preferably Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate or related discipline with not more than 3 years of related working experience.
  • Candidate must possess a Real Estate Salesperson Certificate (RES) or in the midst of pursueing certification
  • Candidates without any experience can apply as training will be provided.
  • Be resourceful and self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with prospects and tenants;
  • Have a keen interest in developing a career in sales and real estate agency work; and
  • Possess knowledge in using Microsoft Office and other softwares.

This is a commission-based undertaking. New executives can expect to earn up to $80K – 200K per annum and the monetary rewards will keep increasing as you build up your portfolio and experience.
